The Queen's Sister

An energetic, irreverent, sympathetic portrait of Princess Margaret. Our film is a tragicomedy: the story of a woman whose conflicting passions for real life and for her own royal status led inexorably to her demise.

Initially feted by the Press, Margaret achieves celebrity status but her royalty is compromised along the way, and her starry profile is gradually eroded – until she finds herself the victim of tabloid smears and the paparazzi. Her love affairs become more and more damaged by the growing pressure from the Press and from the Establishment.
